She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Florida International University. These experiences enabled her to accrue a plethora of clinical experiences in educational and clinical settings. Alexandra presents as a professional and responsible individual who has excellent listening and collaborative skills. She originally became interested in School Psychology given her as a vocational rehabilitation counselor reviewing scores of psychoeducational reports of individuals with unique needs. She completed her full-time internship at Palm Beach School District and was highly sought out as a bilingual school psychologist given her multilingual experiences in Spanish, Creole, and French. She ultimately took a position in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a PreK Diagnostic School Psychologist since June 2022. Her educational and professional background along with her clinical experiences in counseling, social work, and now school psychology makes her one of the most comprehensively skilled school psychologists.

Alexandra completed field practicum in both Miami-Dade County Public Schools and Broward County Public Schools, where she assisted in assessment, teacher consultation, and implementing academic and behavioral interventions for children with ADHD. She is thus very familiar with many of the school districts in the tri-county area.
