Dr. Jordana Roth Psy.D.
Dr. Jordana Roth is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She works primarily with adolescents and young adults, supporting them through the challenges that often come with this stage of life. Dr. Roth takes an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and goals.
She values creating a genuine, collaborative relationship with her clients and believes that therapy works best when individuals feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Dr. Roth strives to offer a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight, and develop practical tools for change. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, relationship and interpersonal concerns, family conflict, and self-esteem. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, increase self-confidence, and feel more capable of navigating both everyday stressors and larger life challenges.
